I like keeping it simple and just having three options – phone, browser, and app launcher. Could you make a bios bootanimation the first one compatible with stock roms? You scroll through pages, grids of 20 at a time, instead of scrolling through by row. I’ll come up with an OS scrolling style progress bar or something similar soon, I’ll try to make something original or let me know if you want the plain windows one instead, whatever looks better. This is a pretty big loss, since HTCSense. The only other major change is one that I mentioned earlier, with the Search button being replaced by something called the Genius button.

If this is too much to ask, I understand. Something about having 4 or 5 icon docks just bugs me, especially when some of the icons are fixed.
But even still, cool as it is now! HTC has really emphasized the smoothness of the animations here, but it feels like a waste of computing resources if you ask me.

Mytiuch love throwback stuff I’m also going to update the graphics in BIOS boot, and make the letters a bit sharper. The biggest losses here are the lockscreen app shortcuts and the rich info you get from the weather lockscreen. You can mess with a bunch of stuff, including the system theme, wallpaper, widgets, folders, app shortcuts, shortcuts to specific parts of certain apps such as the battery use part of the settings menu, a Gmail label, or a specific playlist in the music mytouhcthe ringtone, and notification sound.
Slidf you a developer? The notifications shade is another carryover piece from Sense 3. The file format should be the same across devices and this would make it appropriate for tablets as well, being landscape. I’m currently uploading a landscape version, and a version that should work with stock.
